So I made some coasters today. We planned on getting an IKEA wood coffee table (which we did get) and I worried about condensation so when we were perusing counters and such at the re-store (donated building supplies for renos, profits to Habitat for Humanity) we saw some awesome tiles and got some to make into coasters. Here's how to do it:
Materials:
- tiles or some other water resistant tough material
- glue gun
- shelf liner (I used non adhesive), non skid bubbly kind
- scissors
Process:
- cut square of shelf liner
- glue to tile
- have many jealous friends
